About
Galia Offri is an Israeli artist and illustrator. Through the lighter and colorful tones of markers, she attempts to make room for her dark and psychological voice. She explores new possibilities for creative subjectivity within the political structures of the art world, the commercial constraints of the illustration world and the collective objectivity ethos of the online world. Her work has been published in the New York Times and Haaretz among other publications, and has been exhibited in New York, Europe and Israel.
Galia is based in NY and Tel Aviv where she lives with her cat and husband Mushon Zer-Aviv.
